What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in Fintech, Software Engineering, or Financial Services.
  • Deep expertise in Technical Architecture, Innovation, or scaling disruptive financial products.

  • Proven advisor with a track record of guiding leadership through market expansion and product-market fit.

  • Agile Leadership: Experience influencing stakeholders within fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Board responsibilities and expectations

As a Strategic Advisory Board member, you will participate in quarterly board meetings alternating between London and New York hubs. You will be expected to review pre-meeting materials, provide strategic recommendations on product roadmap and geographic expansion, and serve on at least one specialized committee (Audit or Risk). Complete compensation and benefits package

Board members receive an annual retainer of $150,000 - $250,000 based on experience and committee assignments. Additional meeting fees of $5,000 per meeting apply.
